During the 19th century a profusion of charitable organizations emerged to alleviate the awful conditions of the working class in the slums. The Labourer’s Friend Society, chaired by Lord Shaftesbury in the United Kingdom in 1830, aimed to improve working-class conditions. It promoted, for example, the allotment of land to labourers for «cottage husbandry» that later became the allotment movement. In 1844 it became the first Model Dwellings Company.

There was strong growth in municipal charities. The Brougham Commission led on to the Municipal Corporations Act 1835, which reorganized multiple local charities by incorporating them into single entities under supervision from local government.

Qué es OIVA?

La Organización Internacional Valoramos el Ambiente – OIVA es una Entidad Sin Ánimo de Lucro constituida para apoyar a las comunidades vulnerables de América Latina y África, ofreciendo apoyo humano, tecnológico y financiero en áreas como la educación, salud, agua potable, vivienda y demás Proyectos Sociales que se requieran.
 
OIVA cuenta con Asociados Regionales en diferentes países y con apoyo de Fondos de Inversión institucionales y privados. 

Cómo se aseguran de que mis donaciones a la Caridad se gasten sabiamente?

– Para cada proyecto elaboramos un plan de viabilidad el cual cuenta con una proyección financiera, este proyecto es auditado por todas las partes y tiene soporte legal.

Cómo saber qué niños necesitan ayuda?

– En América Latina y Africa mas del 60% de los niños viven en condiciones precarias, nuestra labor es identificar en el menor tiempo posible sus necesidades y apoyarlos.

Es mi donación deducible de impuestos?

– Dependiendo de la normatividad de origines del donante.

Adónde va realmente mi dinero?

– Para cada fondo de donaciones se crea un proyecto especifico de acuerdo a las necesidades prioritarias de la comunidad vulnerable y partiendo de ello se abre la convocatoria, las recaudaciones recibida para este proyecto serán destinadas en su totalidad al desarrollo del proyecto, en el lanzamiento del mismo se invitaran a todos los donantes a que participen del mismo. 

Cómo elige las ubicaciones para construir un centro comunitario?

– Gracias a la estructura del Grupo Empresarial DIALLD BIO ENERGY que cuenta con mas de 80 representantes a nivel mundial tenemos la posibilidad de interactuar con diferentes Asociados Regionales, de esta manera podemos identificar puntualmente que comunidades son las mas necesitadas y su principal problema.

Qué porcentaje de mi donación se destina a programas?

– El 100% de las donaciones van dirigidas al proyecto.

Cual es el objetivo?

– Las organizaciones benéficas comenzaron a adoptar roles de campaña, donde defenderían una causa y presionarían al gobierno para un cambio legislativo.
